Gabriella is a final-year veterinary student at the University of Bristol and will begin her career in small animal general practice in September. Alongside her final-year clinical rotations, she has completed a research project exploring glomerular ultrastructural changes seen in acute kidney injury in dogs and how this compares to what has previously been described in chronic kidney disease.
During her time at university, Gabriella has developed a strong interest in clinical research and small animal internal medicine and she is excited to continue exploring and pursuing these areas as she begins her career.
