Originally from Athens, Greece, Phoebe moved to the UK to join the first cohort of the University of Surrey Veterinary School, graduating in 2019. Phoebe developed a strong interest in internal medicine while working in a busy 24-hour hospital, which led her to complete a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice (CertAVP) with the University of Liverpool and pursue specialist training. Phoebe is currently an ECVIM resident in Small Animal Internal Medicine at Langford Vets, University of Bristol. Phoebe has a particular interest in anaemia and bone marrow disorders, with her research focusing on non-regenerative immune-mediated anaemia.
